Freight and Insurance

• NAS Cosmetis price list does not include freight charges or insurance.
• NAS Cosmetics usually use a courier or Australia Post for deliveries depending on expected delivery times and cost.

Returns and Refunds

• Please choose carefully as NAS Cosmetics products are NOT refundable.
• Exchange is ONLY offered on product that is sealed AND deemed ‘unopened’ by NAS Cosmetics.
• If for any reason you wish to return goods then ensure you contact NAS Cosmetics within 48 hours of receipt of product to discuss the options.  If the return of a product is authorised, the product must be returned within 7 days in person into store or within 14 days by post.  Product must be unused, in its original packaging and seal deemed intact, together with your order ID for reference purposes. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
• Samples and gift certificates are NOT refundable.
